MACL has secured a series of new and follow-on infrastructure and groundworks projects across Essex and Hertfordshire, reinforcing strong relationships with existing clients and marking the start of a new partnership as the business heads into 2026.
With works commencing in January 2026 across all schemes, the appointments reflect continued confidence in MACL’s delivery standards, collaborative approach and focus on quality and safety in a challenging market.
Follow-on phase secured at The Mulberries, Witham
MACL is pleased to confirm it has been appointed to deliver the next phase of works at The Mulberries, Witham for Redrow Eastern Ltd.
The follow-on package covers Phase 5 infrastructure and groundworks for 110 residential units, with works starting in January 2026. Securing a further phase on an existing development is particularly rewarding and reflects the trust built through consistent delivery, professionalism on site and a strong working relationship with the client team.
Winning follow-on phases demonstrates the value of long-term partnerships built the right way – through reliability, quality and a shared commitment to getting things right on site. MACL is proud to continue its involvement in the scheme as it progresses.
New Redrow appointment at Kings Gate, Shenfield
In addition, MACL has been appointed by Redrow Eastern Ltd to deliver S278 works, infrastructure and groundworks at Kings Gate, Shenfield.
The project will see MACL deliver works to 100 units, with a January 2026 start. Securing a new site with an existing client, particularly in the current market, is a strong endorsement of MACL’s pre-construction expertise, site delivery standards and collaborative working practices.
This appointment reflects the confidence clients place in MACL’s ability to support schemes from early planning through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders to manage risk, programme and quality.
New client win at Warrish Hall, Takeley
Alongside its continued work with Redrow, MACL has also secured a new groundworks project for Weston Homes at Warrish Hall, Takeley.
The scheme includes infrastructure and groundworks for 40 units, with works commencing in January 2026. Winning work with a new client is always significant and marks an important step in building a new long-term relationship.
The appointment reflects confidence in MACL’s approach, particularly its focus on health, safety and quality, and highlights the strength of its pre-construction and delivery teams in bringing complex projects over the line.
A strong platform for 2026
Together, these appointments provide a strong platform as MACL heads into the year ahead, with a healthy pipeline of secured work and projects starting simultaneously in early 2026.
They are also a testament to the commitment, expertise and perseverance of teams across pre-construction and delivery, whose efforts continue to drive repeat business and new client relationships alike.
MACL would like to thank all those involved in securing and progressing these schemes and looks forward to delivering each project to the high standards its clients expect.
