At MACL, we know that our people are the foundation of everything we do. This month, we are proud to celebrate two significant long-service milestones that reflect not only individual dedication, but the strength of the relationships built within the business over many years.

On 29 January 2026, Leila Stammers marked 25 years of service with MACL. Leila joined the business in 2001 as a receptionist and has since progressed into the role of Office Manager. Over the past quarter of a century, she has played a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business and helping to create a positive, welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors alike. Her journey is a great example of how careers can grow and develop within MACL.

Just a few days later, on 1 February 2026, Peter Calver celebrated an exceptional 35 years of service with the company. As a General Foreman, Peter has been a consistent and trusted presence on site for decades, bringing experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of the work we do. His long-standing commitment has helped shape teams, support projects and uphold the standards MACL is known for.

Milestones like these are a reminder that the success of MACL is built on the dedication and loyalty of our people. We are incredibly grateful to Leila and Peter for their contributions over the years and would like to thank them both for the part they continue to play in the business.
