MACL has strengthened its project pipeline with the award of three new contracts, including two further phases at Crest Nicholson Eastern’s Henley Gate development and a significant first project for new client Croudace.
The latest awards reflect the continued confidence clients place in MACL’s ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure and groundworks projects, while also demonstrating the company’s success in securing new business within an increasingly competitive construction market.
As part of its ongoing relationship with Crest Nicholson Eastern, MACL has been appointed to deliver the groundbeams, podium slabs and external works for the Henley Gate Local Centre (Blocks A&B), alongside infrastructure and groundworks for 114 new homes within Phase 3B of the development.
The repeat appointments build on the successful delivery of previous phases at Henley Gate and reinforce the strong working relationship developed between the two organisations.
Alongside these projects, MACL has secured its first contract with residential developer Croudace. The company will deliver the site infrastructure and groundworks for 77 new homes at Officers Meadow in Shenfield.
Winning work with a new client represents an important milestone for the business and demonstrates that MACL’s reputation for safety, quality and reliable delivery continues to attract new opportunities across the sector.
MACL Commercial Director Andrew Nowosad said: “The current market remains extremely competitive, making every project award hard won. Securing our first project with Croudace is particularly significant as it demonstrates the confidence new clients have in our team and the quality of our work.
“Equally, being awarded two further projects at Henley Gate is a fantastic endorsement of the relationships we’ve built with Crest Nicholson. Repeat business is earned through consistently delivering high standards, and these awards are testament to the dedication and professionalism of everyone across the business.
“I’d like to thank everyone involved in securing these projects. They represent another positive step forward for MACL and provide a strong platform as we continue to grow our client base.”
The projects commenced during June and July 2026 and further strengthen MACL’s growing portfolio of residential infrastructure and groundworks schemes across the East of England.
