On Friday 9th May, the MACL team came together with colleagues from MAP Plant to celebrate a major milestone, two years of employee ownership, at the annual HHCGL Summer Party.
Held at The Lion Inn in Chelmsford, the event was an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past two years and the continued growth of both businesses under the employee ownership model.
Since transitioning to employee ownership in 2023, MACL has seen increased engagement, stronger team cohesion, and a renewed focus on collective success. Being employee-owned means every team member has a stake in the future of the business, a fact that has driven innovation, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose across the organisation.
