MACL is delighted to announce that we have successfully secured Phase 4b of the Mulberries, Witham project for our valued client, Redrow Homes Eastern Counties.

The latest phase includes all groundworks and associated infrastructure to a further 89 units with an immediate start on-site.

When complete, the Mulberries will see a new community of 750 homes near Witham, nestled in the Essex countryside, yet just 45 minutes from London Liverpool Street railway station.

There will be many more local amenities delivered within the wider scheme, including a junior school, a community centre, play areas and public outdoor spaces, as well as an enterprise area for new and existing local businesses.
